So We Bought a Golf Course

Construction has star ted! I love our crew. They can have no idea how excited I am or that homemade chocolate chip cookies made with extreme gratitude are in their near future. The inside of the clubhouse has been gutted and the trusses have arrived. No more office Goodbye mens and womens bathrooms Today when I stopped by on my lunch break I was shocked to see how much progress they had made. Where did THAT come from?!? They used jacks to slowly raise the roof and saved the beautiful wood beams in the process. How is this even possible?  The ceiling inside is now about 12ft straight across instead of slanted. We couldn't resist sneaking in tonight and taking a look around. Really love these wood beams The new roof is under way and already it's looking more and more like a home. The main floor of the existing clubhouse is one large rectangular room. On one end is a small office and long countertop with cabinets. Customer service counter Office The other end has both men's and women's restrooms. We could have our own his and hers bathrooms. We decided where the current office is will become the livingroom and dining room.  A master bedroom suite will go in where the restrooms are. It's pretty hard for me to imagine this space as my future bedroom, especially with the urinals and stalls. The boys voted to keep this but I said no. The men's bathroom will become a walk in closet: The women's bathroom will become the master bath: Think we should keep both? This whole wall will come off and is where the new addition will extend out into the kitchen.
