Construction has star
ted! I love our crew. They can have no idea how excited I am or that homemade chocolate chip cookies made with extreme gratitude are in their near future.
The inside of the clubhouse has been gutted and the trusses have arrived.

Today when I stopped by on my lunch break I was shocked to see how much progress they had made.

They used jacks to slowly raise the roof and saved the beautiful wood beams in the process.

The ceiling inside is now about 12ft straight across instead of slanted. We couldn't resist sneaking in tonight and taking a look around.

The new roof is under way and already it's looking more and more like a home. They plan to start framing in the master bedroom bath next week. I feel like I'm in a car that just went from zero to 100 miles an hour with the gas pedal pinned to the floor. There's really no turning back now!
